  I am an Operational Excellence professional with a passion for innovation, business transformation and change management. Having more than 15 years experience in driving process- and performance improvement programs in Europe and Australia with significant top- and bottom line improvement, I have a very broad cross functional view on business and deep knowledge of marketing, sales, customer service, supply chain, finance and manufacturing.
  
  Spending time with customers, understanding their expectations and overlooking delivery in the most effective and efficient way, is how I run value stream business transformation programs. I am at my best in a role that combines business development with operations, and delivering bottom line impact in a changing environment through customer focus and operational excellence.
  
  In 2013 I won the IQPC Best Improvement Project for the sound achievements in improving the execution of the Sara Lee|Jacobs Douwe Egberts Innovation/NPD program.
